Fitness F/X Event Sponsorship

For a few years we’ve been promoting some of the best organized, smoothest running bodybuilding, fitness and modeling events in Western Canada. We’ve hosted shows ranging from regional qualifiers to national events. For our final event of 2008 and leading into our 2009 season here is a proposal that will guarantee your participation...

  • No cash requirement
  • Website exposure
  • Venue space, name mentions, product representation and exposure
  • Sales permitted with no venue commissions

What do we want?

  1. We need you visible. All vendors are required to setup a manned booth. We know that having you there creates a feeling of excitement and enthusiasm for our guests.
  2. Product Donations. Alberta is known for providing the athletes with plenty of spoils for their hard work. Get your product in the hands of the consumer and help us maintain this tradition. What we require is:
    1. 8 units of product for class, overall and special award winners.
    2. 100 product sample for participation awards for all athletes.

Can you still participate if you don’t have a rep to man a booth?

Yes. There is a cost for this but we will provide a booth and staff for you! We can provide a table and 2X6 full color printed banner to display your product. Our ‘temp-reps’ are highly qualified personal trainers from our private training studio One-to-1 Fitness.

Are there any exclusive opportunities?

We do still offer one exclusive opportunity with our events. There is one ‘Title Sponsor’ per event. This opportunity names the event after your company or perhaps one of your designated accounts. It also includes prime full page advertising space on the back of the athlete list. This space is the most highly viewed of all materials distributed at the show and is an excellent place for a redemption coupon to generate post event traffic to a major local account.
